Hi, I'm Kingsley, founder of Veron Services.
With over 10 years of experience in property management across the UK, I have built my career around helping landlords, and property owners protect and maximise the value of their properties, through reliable professional management. Alongside my property background, I also bring more than three years of project management experience, enabling me to coordinate operations efficiently, solve problems proactively and deliver organised, dependable solutions.
Over the years, I have worked across a wide range of property management responsibilities, from compliance and contractor coordination to HMO operations, Airbnb and short-let management, and refurbishment projects. This broad experience has given me a practical, solutions-focused approach and a clear understanding of what it takes to keep properties running smoothly.
Returning to my home city of Liverpool gave me the opportunity to establish Veron Services—a business founded on the principles of trust, integrity and genuine personal service. I wanted to create a business where clients know exactly who they are dealing with, and feel confident their property is being looked after with the same care, and attention I would expect for my own.
Today, my commitment is to build lasting relationships while helping homeowners, landlords and short-let hosts protect, manage and maximise the potential of their properties, through a service they can genuinely rely on.
